HPI researchers based their information on analyzing over 215 million stolen identity data, which they had discovered in 2011 on the net. This data comes from 15 different sources, including a hacker attack on the Ashley Madison portal.
It is but not enough. In some cases, also security issues and responses have been stolen, Yahoo tells - crypt and partly unencrypted. Maiden name of grandma's name or second father: this criminal information hackers in order to bypass the password. Yahoo has disabled unencrypted security issues according to their own numbers. However, users must verify that they use this information to other online services and change it there.
